But is it really a worthwhile addition to a library already stocked with Bibles? After six months of using it, Luke Davydaitis (Brickhill Baptist Church, Bedford) shares his thoughts on what this new study Bible has to offer.

Calling all Night-Hawks!

Newday, the Newfrontiers youth event, is looking for volunteers for the NewdayAssist Night Team to serve at the event at Norfolk Showground on 1 – 6 August 2009.
This full-time role involves working through the night, helping to maintain site safety and security. In return for your hard work you’ll be provided with somewhere quiet to sleep during the day, free entry to the event and meals provided.
You’ll need to ensure you have an enhanced CRB disclosure dated on or after 1 August 2006.
This is a vital role for the safety of the event. So if you’re interested, book via the Newday website or login to amend an existing booking.

Midnight on Thursday 30 April is the next pricebreak for Mobilise 2009. So book in before then to take advantage of the low cost of £65 or £55 concessions. From May 1 the prices will increase to £80 and £70 concessions.
