Recommended Talks
Submitted by Mobilise on 24 February, 2009 - 16:28In the run up to Mobilise 2009, we thought we’d take the time to recommend various talks from last year’s event. Maybe you weren’t there and wonder what to expect from Mobilise, or just want to catch up on the seminars you missed.
Well, what better place to start than with Tom Shaw's opening talk from Mobilise 2008. Click here to listen to Tom speaking on hearing The Voice of God from John Chapter 16.
Price Break Extended for Mobilise 2009!
Submitted by Mobilise on 20 February, 2009 - 16:34If you haven't yet booked in for Mobilise 2009 then do I have some news for you...
Due to the delay in delivery of the conference literature caused by the recent snow, we have extended the first price break to give you more time to book in for less. Therefore you now have until 10 March to book in at a reduced rate! We've worked hard to keep the prices at the same level as last year in order to help people through the 'credit crunch'. So make the most of this opportunity to book tickets for as little as £30!
Check out the promo, sign up to the Facebook page, and most of all, book in today!
A Day With Tim Keller
Submitted by Mobilise on 18 February, 2009 - 12:14Perhaps you've heard of Tim Keller from his two exceptional books, The Reason for God and The Prodigal God? Perhaps you've benefited from his brilliant, Christ-centred teaching? Or perhaps you've never heard of him at all? Whatever the situation, if you're free next Wednesday and fancy a trip to London, you could be in for a treat...
A Day with Tim Keller
Wednesday 25 February
10am - 4pm
Westminister Chapel, London
Cost: £10
Tim Keller is based in Manhattan, New York, where he leads Redeemer Presbyterian Church. The church gathers around 5,000 people over five services at multiple locations, and Tim is one of the most engaging and compelling preachers of our day. In 2001 Redeemer started a church planting centre, which has helped to start over 100 churches around the world. It is a real privilege to have him join Newfrontiers for what I'm sure will be an exceptional day of teaching and equipping. So can I encourage you, if you are free and able, to make the trip! Places are limited, so book in today!

Barely a snowflake in sight...
Submitted by Mobilise on 10 February, 2009 - 13:17Well... the Student Workers' Weekend 2009 has come and gone. Eighty delegates from all across the country braved the weather to make it to Elveden Forest in Suffolk for a weekend of fellowship, teaching and prayer in a relatively snow-free environment. It was so exciting to hear about all that God is doing through Student Work in Newfrontiers and to have the opportunity to brainstorm and pray together. In the coming weeks we hope to make the resources available, so keep checking back for talks and a full report.
