How to apply
To apply to be a leader on Mobilise Worldwide 2010 please complete and return the following:
Application Form
Insurance Form
Emergency Contact Form
£50 deposit (cheques made payable to Newfrontiers)
Leader’s Reference Form (this can be your small group leader or someone else who has a role of leading you in church life. Your application form needs to be endorsed by an elder in your church)
Before you complete your application please make sure you have read the following:
